All content on ze999, including but not limited to the ze999 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, images, and data compilations, is the property of ze999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ze999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any ze999 content without express written permission.

9.1 ze999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ze999 excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 ze999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption, even if ze999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
